About the course
The Doctor of Philosophy (Science) at UOW is an advanced research degree where you undertake an original research project under expert supervision and contribute new knowledge to your field. You’ll join a research community, develop high-level inquiry and analytical skills, and produce a thesis for examination. Study is available on campus or by distance, with flexible full-time or part-time equivalent options in Sciences. The programme advances scientific inquiry through supervised laboratory or field research, data analysis, and thesis-based discovery.
