About the course
This Doctor of Philosophy (Biology and Chemistry) develops advanced expertise through independent, sustained research under academic supervision. You will work with internationally recognised researchers in the Faculty of Science, Engineering and Built Environment, building an integrated understanding of complex biological and chemical science topics. The degree culminates in a substantial original thesis (up to 50,000 words), strengthening your standing as an emerging expert in the sciences.
