About the course
You will undertake your doctoral studies through the Monash doctoral program. At the core of this program is the completion of a substantial research thesis on an agreed topic under the guidance of a supervisory team. Your research training is further enhanced by professional development activities or coursework units designed to support you in your academic and professional development. The programme strengthens research skills in organisational behaviour, strategy, and evidence-based management for scholarly and professional leadership.

Graduates may pursue research and leadership careers in universities, research institutes, government agencies, consulting and industry, applying advanced analytical and investigative skills to complex business challenges. The degree develops capability to lead independent research projects, publish and communicate findings, and contribute to evidence-based decision-making and policy.
