About the course
This Doctor of Philosophy (Geography and Sustainable Communities) is a research degree where you undertake original, supervised investigation in geography, sustainability and community-focused challenges. You’ll join an active research environment, develop advanced research skills, and produce a thesis that contributes new knowledge with real-world impact. It supports study on campus or by distance, aligned to environmental and sustainability research. The programme advances scientific inquiry through supervised laboratory or field research, data analysis, and thesis-based discovery.
