About the course
The Melbourne School of Design’s PhD attracts outstanding graduates to undertake innovative research across built environment topics. This higher-level research degree develops advanced research, conceptual and writing skills through independent and sustained investigation of a specific problem, issue or topic. Candidates complete a thesis as a full dissertation or combined with a creative project that makes an original contribution to scholarship under academic supervision.
