About the course
UWA’s Doctor of Education (EdD) is a professional doctorate focused on applying advanced educational knowledge to real-world questions of professional practice. You’ll undertake an independent, practice-informed research program and develop high-level capabilities in designing and managing research projects, analysing complex issues, and communicating findings to academic and professional audiences. This is a doctoral qualification in Education & Teaching. The programme supports education-focused research in pedagogy, curriculum, and learning sciences through supervised thesis work.
