This professional certificate lets you sample the Master of Instructional Leadership while building leadership capability to enhance teaching and learning. You will examine current research on how school leaders influence teacher practice and student learning outcomes, and evaluate the impact of leadership decisions. Key topics include leadership for quality teaching and achievement, change management, teacher professional learning, and the use of evidence and data, aligned with the Australian Professional Standard for Principals (AITSL).
