The Clinical Leadership Specialisation is a postgraduate specialisation made up of four units that develops advanced leadership capability for healthcare settings. You’ll study leadership theories applied to clinical practice and research, alongside relevant codes, standards, policy and legislation. The specialisation focuses on critical thinking, evidence-informed decision-making, and collaborative approaches that can support improvements in clinical practice within health services. The programme develops health sciences knowledge and practice skills aligned with its qualification level.
