About the course
Designed for graduates with an approved bachelor degree, the Master of Teaching (Primary) is a 2-year program that prepares you to become a registered primary teacher. Graduates are qualified to teach across the full primary curriculum from Prep to Year 6 in a Master-level education and teaching qualification. The programme enhances curriculum leadership, pedagogical innovation, and educational policy understanding for professional educators.
Career outcome
This degree prepares you for work as a primary school teacher in state or independent schools in Queensland, interstate or overseas (subject to registration requirements). The program’s strong practicum focus supports classroom readiness and professional practice.
