About the course
QUT’s Master of Teaching (Early Childhood) is a graduate-entry course for people who already hold a bachelor degree and want to become an early childhood teacher. You study educational and curriculum foundations and complete supervised professional experience in school, kindergarten and childcare settings. The course is designed to build confidence and readiness for the classroom as a master-level qualification in Education & Teaching. The programme enhances curriculum leadership, pedagogical innovation, and educational policy understanding for professional educators.

Graduates can pursue roles as early childhood teachers across early childhood education and care services and in primary schools from Prep to Year 3.
