About the course
The Master of Psychology (Organisational) develops advanced skills in workplace psychology, leadership and organisational performance. You will build evidence-based capability in organisational assessment, analysis, change management, wellbeing and intervention strategies, supported by substantial supervised placement experience. The course is APAC-accredited and prepares graduates to apply for general registration as a psychologist, with a pathway toward future area-of-practice endorsement in organisational psychology.

Graduates can pursue roles applying psychology to improve employee wellbeing and organisational effectiveness across diverse sectors. Career opportunities include organisational psychologist (after registration), people and culture/HR specialist, organisational development or change consultant, leadership and performance coach, learning and development practitioner, and workplace wellbeing adviser.
