About the course
The Master of Philosophy (Medicine and Health) is a research degree in the Faculty of Medicine and Health that supports independent, supervised investigation across a wide range of health and medical research areas. You will develop advanced research, analytical and problem-solving skills and complete a thesis in line with University HDR rules and examination requirements. This is a masters by research in health sciences. The programme advances health sciences research through evidence-based inquiry, clinical context, and supervised thesis development.

Graduates may pursue research and analysis roles in universities, hospitals, health services, government and medical research institutes, supporting evidence generation and translation into practice.
