About the course
This PhD provides supervised research training in the molecular basis of health and disease within Deakin’s School of Medicine. You will work with an expert supervisor and access strong experimental platforms spanning gene discovery, functional genomics, pre-clinical development and testing of new therapeutics. Research strengths include immunity, infection, cancer, metabolic disease, nanomedicine and rural/public health themes. This is a doctoral research degree in Medicine.
