About the course
The Master of Organisational Psychology develops advanced skills to apply psychological principles in workplace and organisational settings. You’ll learn from active researchers and practitioners, use specialised facilities such as the Simulation Hub and Psychology Clinic, and build practical capability through supervised industry placements and a research project. Study is available full-time (or equivalent part-time), preparing you for professional practice in organisational psychology at master’s level.
Career outcome
Graduates are prepared for specialist roles applying psychology to improve performance, wellbeing and systems in organisations. Career paths may include organisational psychologist (on pathways to registration), consultant, people and culture/HR specialist, learning and development adviser, change and development practitioner, talent assessment specialist, and researcher/evaluator. Employment settings include consulting firms, corporate and public-sector organisations, health and community services, and government agencies in applied organisational psychology roles.
