About the course
The Master of Occupational Therapy is a graduate-entry program designed to prepare you for professional practice helping people improve independence and quality of life. You’ll study contemporary occupational therapy theory and evidence-informed practice, with learning delivered on campus and supported by practical experiences. The course is delivered by the Faculty of Health at UC’s Bruce (Canberra) campus as a masters-level qualification in Occupational Therapy. The programme develops advanced clinical reasoning, health leadership, and evidence-based practice for complex care environments.
Career outcome
Graduates are prepared for roles supporting individuals and communities to participate in everyday activities across the lifespan. Career pathways commonly include occupational therapist positions in public and private hospitals, rehabilitation and community health services, disability and aged-care providers, mental health services, and paediatric practice.
