About the course

Bond University’s Master of Occupational Therapy is an extended professional program combining case-based learning with practical application and more than 1,000 hours of embedded fieldwork. Students can choose a clinically focused research pathway or a business focused pathway with relevant electives and an industry research project. Teaching is delivered primarily at the Bond Institute of Health and Sport with specialised facilities and placement opportunities. The programme develops advanced clinical reasoning, health leadership, and evidence-based practice for complex care environments.

Career outcome

Graduates are prepared to work as occupational therapists across health and social care settings, supporting individuals and communities to overcome barriers from illness, injury, disability, developmental delay and ageing. The clinically focused pathway can support progression into research and academia, while the business focused pathway builds skills for management roles and private practice.
