About the course
The Master of Mining and Energy Law at UWA is a specialised postgraduate course for professionals working in, or moving into, the resources sector. It builds understanding of the legal and regulatory issues shaping mining and energy projects, including governance, commercial arrangements and compliance. Designed for both lawyers and non-lawyers, it supports career development in mining and energy industries through focused study in resource-related law at master’s level.
