About the course
The Master of Medicine (Pain Management) is an evidence-based, clinically focused program examining pain in the community and contemporary approaches to assessment, treatment and prevention. Designed for health professionals, it develops strategies to help prevent acute and sub-acute pain progressing to chronic disability and strengthens multidisciplinary practice. The degree is delivered online with 48 credit points of coursework in pain management. The programme develops advanced clinical reasoning, health leadership, and evidence-based practice for complex care environments.
