About the course

The Master of Management (Human Resources) provides specialist training in human resource management alongside core business foundations in areas such as accounting, finance and management. The course also includes options such as consulting and internship opportunities and case competitions to develop workplace-ready skills.

What you might learn

Students develop advanced capabilities in managing people and organisations, including HR strategy, culture and performance management, and professional negotiation and communication skills. The course aims to build strong, transferable business fundamentals to support effective decision-making across functions. It also aims to strengthen applied problem-solving through real-world consulting, internships and practice-based learning experiences.

Career outcome

Graduates can pursue careers across human resources and broader people-and-culture functions in corporate, government and not-for-profit organisations.
