About the course
ECU’s Master of International Hospitality Management combines business and management principles with applied hospitality practice for the global industry. You’ll study areas such as marketing, events management, international business and stakeholder management, and build professional capabilities for senior roles. A four-month internship in the final semester provides Australian workplace experience and practical application of non-technical skills in a Masters-level hospitality context.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue senior and supervisory roles across the international hospitality and service sectors. The course supports careers in hotel and resort operations, events and venue management, hospitality marketing and business development, and stakeholder or customer experience management. The final-semester internship helps build industry networks and work-ready capabilities for leadership pathways within hospitality organisations and related tourism and service enterprises at Master coursework level.
