About the course
This course develops advanced theoretical and practical expertise in horticultural production, postharvest handling and supply chains. It emphasises management and sustainability issues affecting how produce is grown, stored and utilised, and explores advanced production technologies to address national and global industry challenges. You will also complete a semester-long industry work placement or project with academics or external research partners in horticulture.
