About the course
The Master of Health and Medical Law builds specialist knowledge of the legal and ethical issues that arise in healthcare and medical practice, and is part of the Melbourne Law Masters. It is designed for both lawyers and non-lawyers, with teaching from globally recognised experts alongside a cohort of experienced professionals. The course explores contemporary issues and the legal frameworks governing healthcare, including practical application in medical litigation contexts.
