About the course
This five-year double degree combines core legal training with psychological science to build expertise in law, human behaviour and decision-making. You will meet academic requirements for legal practice while studying topics such as development, social and forensic psychology, and counselling foundations. Applied learning opportunities (e.g., clinic, mooting and internships) support real-world skills for work across legal, health, policy and community settings in this Bachelor-level law and psychology program.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue pathways in legal practice and roles where psychological insight strengthens client work, advocacy and decision-making. Career directions may include solicitor or legal adviser roles, policy and regulatory work, community and justice-sector support, and positions in organisations focused on mental health, behaviour and wellbeing. The combined qualification also supports further study toward psychology registration and broader careers at the intersection of law and psychology at Bachelor level.
