About the course
Murdoch’s Master of Food Security explores how to ensure reliable access to safe, nutritious food while protecting the environment. You’ll examine global pressures on food and feed systems, including pests and disease risks, biosecurity, and sustainability challenges. The course develops understanding of food security pillars, policy and trade settings, and strategies for producing and protecting food for future generations in agricultural systems at master’s level.
