About the course
QUT’s Master of Engineering Management is designed for practising engineers who want to build management capability alongside advanced engineering practice. You’ll develop analytical tools and methods to improve efficiency in manufacturing and service organisations, with study in quality control, organisational infrastructure management and decision support systems. The course emphasises real-world, integrated approaches to managing organisational resources in master-level engineering management.

Graduates are prepared for engineering leadership and management roles across public and private organisations, especially where complex assets, services and stakeholders must be coordinated.
