QUT’s Master of Education (Educational Leadership) is designed for established and emerging education leaders who want to strengthen their leadership practice and influence positive change in schools and learning communities. You’ll build capability to lead professional learning, drive innovation and evaluate change, and make informed, ethical decisions. Flexible delivery is available online or on campus, supporting working professionals in education leadership.
Career outcome
Graduates are prepared for leadership and coordination roles across schools and broader education settings, applying advanced leadership capability to improve teaching and learning outcomes. The course supports progression into roles such as curriculum or learning leader, year level or stage coordinator, heads of department, deputy/assistant principal pathways, and professional learning or change leadership positions. This is a master’s-level qualification for educational leadership practice.
