About the course
The Critical Care Nursing Specialisation is a four-unit postgraduate option within Curtin’s Master of Advanced Practice (and available via a related graduate certificate) for registered nurses working with critically ill patients. Studied online part-time alongside concurrent employment, it builds advanced capability in clinical decision-making, leadership and evidence-informed specialty practice, with a strong focus on physiology, pathophysiology and interventions used to restore homeostasis in critical care nursing.
