About the course
This course builds advanced understanding of criminology and the contemporary challenges facing criminal justice. You’ll strengthen analytical and applied skills to investigate criminal behaviour and complex, evolving crime issues such as cybercrime and terrorism, with attention to law, evidence and new business-related crimes. A thesis option lets you specialise in an area of interest and prepare for possible PhD study in criminology. The programme develops advanced legal analysis, professional practice skills, and specialist knowledge for complex legal and regulatory contexts.
