About the course
The Master of Construction Law is an industry-endorsed program for construction professionals and lawyers seeking advanced capability in construction law and how it operates in commercial practice. You will learn from lecturers who are leaders in the field and study through a blend of online and face-to-face delivery. The law component is held at Parramatta South campus as part of this Master-level law qualification. The programme develops advanced legal analysis, professional practice skills, and specialist knowledge for complex legal and regulatory contexts.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue roles applying construction law knowledge across industry and legal settings, including contract consultation and management, claims consulting and expert witness work, and alternative dispute resolution such as arbitration, mediation and conciliation. The course also supports pathways into adjudication-related work in the construction sector. This is a Master coursework qualification in law focused on construction law careers, not admission to practise as an Australian lawyer.
