About the course
Bond’s fast-track trimester system lets you complete this double degree in just over three years. You combine international relations and law to build global political and diplomatic insight alongside core legal knowledge and professional skills. The program develops strong written and oral communication abilities, including negotiation, advocacy, dispute resolution and legal writing, preparing you for a Bachelor-level pathway spanning international relations and law. The programme builds legal reasoning, case analysis, and professional ethics for legal practice and public service pathways.
Career outcome
This double degree supports careers across government, corporate and not-for-profit sectors in Australia and internationally. Graduates may pursue pathways in politics, diplomacy and international aid, or move into roles involving international policy, governance and cross-border regulation. It also provides a foundation to qualify and work as a practising solicitor, with capabilities suited to international legal and public affairs contexts at Bachelor level in law.
