About the course
The Master of Clinical Psychology (Post Registration) is an APAC-approved sixth-year program designed for registered psychologists seeking advanced clinical specialisation. Delivered predominantly online, it builds APAC Level 4 professional competencies through coursework, a short on-campus residential block and 500 hours of supervised clinical placement. Graduates can progress toward the registrar program and clinical psychology area of practice endorsement as a Master coursework qualification in Psychology.
Career outcome
Graduates can work as practitioner psychologists delivering psychological assessment and evidence-based interventions across mental health settings. Career opportunities include clinical roles in hospitals, community and private practices, government and non-government agencies, and specialist services supporting children, adults and families. The degree supports progression to the clinical psychology registrar pathway and expanded clinical practice responsibilities as a Master coursework qualification in Psychology.
