About the course
The Bachelor of Psychology explores the science of human behaviour and mental processes, helping you understand how people think, act and feel. You’ll build a psychology specialisation through core and advanced units, alongside selected non-psychology study from science and shared elective pools. The degree can support entry to psychology-related pathways while keeping broader career options open in psychology at bachelor level. The programme explores human behaviour, research methods, and applied psychology for community and organisational settings.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue roles that benefit from psychological insight across health, community and organisational settings, such as wellbeing and mental health support, research and assistant roles, program coordination, policy and community services, and people-focused roles in business and public organisations. With further study and meeting academic standards, pathways may lead toward honours and professional psychology training from a Bachelor degree in Psychology. Preparing graduates for human resources support, community services, and psychology-related graduate pathways.
