About the course

This industry-designed master’s develops advanced capability in Building Information Modelling (BIM), Lean Construction and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) to improve collaboration, productivity and project outcomes on complex builds. Delivered in intensive mode, it focuses on applying BIM-enabled information sharing and IPD practices across the project team. Students complete a substantial capstone based on a realistic BIM/Lean/IPD project in construction and the built environment.
