Delivered with the South Australian Cricket Association, the Diploma in Sports Management (Cricket) is based at Adelaide Oval and combines study with practical industry exposure. You’ll learn core sports business skills such as marketing, event management and leadership while building professional networks through a cricket-focused environment. This Diploma pathway also supports progression into further Flinders study in sport and business. The programme introduces business operations, customer service, and administrative leadership for commercial workplaces.
Career outcome
This diploma prepares you for entry-level roles across sport organisations, clubs, venues and events, with experience gained through match-day and behind-the-scenes placement activities. Graduates may pursue roles such as club membership officer, partnerships coordinator, sports media assistant, community program coordinator or junior management positions. The Diploma in Sports Management (Cricket) supports careers in sport business and event operations. Preparing graduates for supervisory, administration, and business support roles, or degree articulation.
