About the course

This Certificate I - IV course has been designed to develop foundational knowledge in the disciplines of horticulture, arboriculture and wine industry operations. Students will receive training from industry experienced teachers in order to gain skills to be used towards future employment.

The course assists students to develop essential skills through core units such as food safety procedures, food processing and nursery/ landscape maintenance, so as to contribute towards academic knowledge required for a Bachelor degree or find employment in the industry.
