About the course
This diploma supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students to advance in early childhood education and care. It builds the specialised skills and knowledge needed to progress from current workplace experience into higher-responsibility roles, including early childhood educator and service supervisor positions. Training is delivered in North Queensland with an up-to-18-month timeframe and flexible intake timing for working learners. The programme develops classroom assistance skills, child development knowledge, and educational support practice.
