About the course
This diploma develops the skills and knowledge required of an engineering technician in metal, engineering, manufacturing and related industries. You’ll build theoretical knowledge and practical technical capability across areas such as mechanical, mechatronics, manufacturing, maintenance, HVAC, engineering drafting and refrigeration/air conditioning. The course supports specialisation in a discipline area or broader technical work. This is a Diploma-level engineering qualification. The programme focuses on applied engineering drawings, workshop skills, and technical maintenance competencies.
