About the course
This diploma pathway course builds foundational knowledge and skills in legal and justice studies. You’ll develop legal research and writing capability and deepen your understanding of the Australian legal system, criminal process, family law, contract law and ethics. Delivered through SCU College with embedded academic support and online learning resources, it can provide up to eight units of credit towards further study in legal and justice programs at diploma level in Law. The programme introduces legal documentation, office procedures, and foundational legal knowledge for support roles.
