This dual-award qualification, delivered with peak sporting organisations, builds leadership and management capability for the sports industry while developing practical coaching knowledge. You’ll learn to plan and deliver coaching programs for high-performing athletes, apply sport psychology, coordinate health and wellness programs, manage risk and WHS, and develop projects and operational plans. Work-integrated learning and mentoring support job readiness in sport at diploma level.

Graduates can pursue roles across community, elite and organisational sport where leadership and operational skills are valued. Potential pathways include sport development and program coordination, high-performance coaching environments, athlete/talent support and management, and business or team management within clubs, associations and sporting bodies.
