About the course
This Advanced Diploma prepares you for senior hospitality management roles by building advanced operational and leadership capability. You’ll train in a simulated workplace hospitality centre and develop skills in business planning, marketing, financial management and human resource management. The course also covers managing hotel front-office systems and processes such as reservations, accounts and check-out, in an Advanced Diploma in hospitality management.
