About the course

Deakin’s Graduate Diploma of Psychology (Advanced) is an APAC-accredited fourth-year (honours-equivalent) program that builds on undergraduate psychology to deepen your understanding of human behaviour. You’ll strengthen advanced assessment, counselling and research skills, with the flexibility to study on campus or online. The course also supports eligibility to apply for provisional registration (subject to PsyBA requirements) and provides a pathway to further accredited postgraduate psychology study.

Graduates develop advanced psychology knowledge and skills suited to roles supporting individuals and communities, including areas such as community welfare, case management, mental health services and public health settings.
