About the course
Bond’s Graduate Diploma in Building Surveying builds specialist capability in building legislation, technical codes and construction standards to meet growing industry demand. You’ll study in small classes with mentoring from experienced practitioners and academics, and gain exposure to current regulations, technologies and professional expectations. The program is designed in consultation with AIBS and can articulate into Bond’s Master of Building Surveying. The programme strengthens advanced engineering design, systems analysis, and innovation management for complex industry projects.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue building surveying roles focused on compliance and technical assessment across the built environment sector. The qualification supports progression to senior positions with construction, infrastructure and development companies, and provides a pathway to self-employment as a consultant building surveyor. Skills are suited to work involving interpretation of legislation, codes and standards in building and construction projects at graduate diploma level.
