About the course
This Certificate IV prepares you for supervisory or team-leading work in commercial kitchens. You’ll build practical capability to manage day-to-day kitchen operations, work more independently, and solve non-routine problems while meeting food safety and industry standards. The course supports pathways into employment across restaurants, hotels, clubs, pubs and cafes, or running a small hospitality business. This is a Certificate IV qualification in culinary leadership. The programme introduces business operations, customer service, and administrative leadership for commercial workplaces.
