About the course

This Certificate I - IV course has been designed to develop foundational knowledge in the disciplines of hospitality and tourism management. Students will receive training from industry experienced teachers in order to gain skills to be used towards future employment.

What you might learn

The course assists students to develop essential skills through core units such as customer experience management, knowledge on tourism and travel industry and finance principles, so as to contribute towards academic knowledge required for a Bachelor degree or find employment in the industry.
