About the course

This entry-level Certificate III introduces acting and performance, building core skills in voice, movement and stagecraft alongside industry knowledge. You’ll train in a practical environment with specialist facilities and take part in a public performance project. The course also touches on the business side of starting a performing career and provides a pathway to further performing arts study in Australia. The programme trains digital design tools, visual production, and portfolio development for creative workplaces.

Career outcome

Graduates may pursue community-based performance and production work, applying foundational acting, body and voice skills in live performance contexts. Typical roles include community theatre performer, community theatre production assistant, and assistant project officer supporting projects and events.
