About the course

This Certificate II builds foundation skills in literacy, numeracy and basic digital capability to help you complete routine workplace tasks and participate more confidently in work and study. Supported by experienced teachers, you’ll develop reading, writing, oral communication and learning skills aligned to ACSF Level 3, with guidance to create a personal vocational training and employment plan. It’s an entry-level Certificate II pathway for work readiness and further vocational study. The programme emphasises applied skills, workplace readiness, and technical competency for industry entry.

Graduates are better prepared for entry-level employment by strengthening core employability foundations such as communication, numeracy, digital literacy and learning skills used in everyday workplaces.
