About the course
This Certificate III in Individual Support prepares you to work in community, home or residential care settings, providing person-centred support under supervision as part of a multidisciplinary team. You’ll develop practical skills and underpinning knowledge to assist people needing support due to ageing, disability or other circumstances, while working in line with relevant legislation, standards and industry codes. Completion includes at least 120 hours of workplace experience in individual support.

Graduates may seek roles across aged care, disability and community care services, supporting clients in home, residential or community settings.
