About the course
This Graduate Certificate is designed for aspiring or current managers in Western Australia’s mining industry who want to strengthen leadership capability and improve workplace safety culture. It focuses on preventing sexual harassment, reducing fatalities and injuries, and preparing organisations for emerging safety challenges. The course is delivered in partnership with the WA Government’s Mental Awareness, Respect and Safety (MARS) program for leadership and safety in mining operations.
