About the course
This course introduces the theory and practice of construction management, giving you foundational knowledge of the construction industry and how construction projects are delivered. Designed for graduates from built environment disciplines (or those with relevant industry experience), it develops capability in management and procurement of built facilities. You will study key areas such as procurement, measurement and estimating, and Building Information Modelling (BIM) in a flexible graduate certificate in construction management.
