About the course
Develop core knowledge of contemporary human resource management and its role in organisational performance. You’ll examine key people-management issues shaped by global change, including HR strategy, workplace relations and managing talent in diverse settings. The course is designed for graduates seeking specialist HR capability or a pathway to further study, delivered on campus at RMIT’s Melbourne City location as a Graduate Certificate in Business & Commerce.
Career outcome
This qualification supports entry or progression into HR and people operations roles across private, public and not-for-profit organisations. Graduates may work in positions such as human resources adviser, HR manager, HR officer/administrator, or policy and people-services roles supporting workforce planning and employee relations.
